Quotations and Estimates

Any quotations or estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and other factors. We will inform you of any changes before commencing work.

Payment Terms

• Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the quoted fee may be required before work begins.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services.

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Client Cancellations: If you cancel the services after accepting the estimate, we may retain some or all of the deposit to cover costs incurred.

• Company Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel, we will refund any deposits paid.

Warranties

We warrant our materials and workmanship to be free from defects for one year after performance unless otherwise specified in writing. This warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse, negligence, or damage caused by acts of God, including, but not limited to, earthquakes. There is no warranty on drain cleaning or refrigerant leaks.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyWater Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services.
